The Andorran Telecommunications Service (from now on Andorra Telecom) is constituted as a public law entity, with its own legal personality and autonomous organisation.
It manages and exploits, exclusively, in the territory of the Principality, all kinds of integral services relating with telecommunications: telephone, television and Internet. Formed as a public company in 1975, it offers integrated and universal telephone, Internet and television services as well as practical solutions for businesses. It is also responsible for managing the technical infrastructures and national broadcasting networks for radio and television, both analogue and digital (TDT). Andorra Telecom is controlled and managed by a Board of Directors with full responsibility to the Government of Andorra.

The flag of the Andorran Telecommunications Service, hoisted in their headquarters, is blue with the company's white emblem in it.
The emblem is made up of three trapezoids with comblike serrations on one end, arranged to form a triangle, plus the acronym "STA" to the right in white, nonseriffed caps.
