The Afghanistan Customs Department has a blue flag with the logo. A photo of Mr. Abdul Samad Stanikzai,Deputy Director General Afghanistan Customs, shows the departmental flag, logo on dark blue field: http://www.customs.gov.af/photo_gallery/custom_at_glance/02.php
