The following flag is an Afghanistan military UFE, possibly artillery branch of service of the ANA (Afghanistan National Army) for having the crossed cannons. It is a black horizontal flag with the emblem in the middle.

After reading this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Military_Academy_of_Afghanistan#Military_training I've come to the conclusion that this is the flag of the Artillery School of the National Military Academy of Afghanistan.

The following flag is an Afghanistan military UFE, possibly military intelligence branch of service of the ANA (Afghanistan National Army) for having a torch with two crossed bolts. It is a light green horizontal flag with the emblem in the middle.

The following flag is an Afghanistan military UFE, possibly armour branch of service of the ANA (Afghanistan National Army) for having a tank (most likely a T-72) and an AK-47 assault rifle in it . It is a grey horizontal flag with the emblems in the middle in black.

The following flag is an Afghanistan UFE, possibly that of the National Police Academy. It is divided red and green with the emblem in the red field.

Unidentified Flag AF9 - Military flag (possibly Helmand Province flag)

[Afghan UFE] 

In this picture (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afghan_National_Police) the flag in the middle could possibly be that of Helmand Province. However, it could well may be any type of Police Unit (Afghan National Civil Order Police) since the picture shows its Commander in the Helmand Province.
