The flag of Oostrozebeke is quartered, 1. green with three yellow deer's head, 2. and 3. yellow the upper half of a Flemish lion (black with red tongue and claws), 4. green the upper half of a white ram with a red tongue.
According to Gemeentewapens in België - Vlaanderen en Brussel, the flag and arms were adopted by the Municipal Council on 13 February 1987, confirmed by the Executive of Flanders on 26 May 1987 and published in the Belgian official gazette on 3 December 1987.
