There are five recognized universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain; in
alphabetical order they are
(a) Ahlia University;
(b) Arabian Gulf University;
(c) University of Bahrein;
(d) The Kingdom University; and
(e) The Royal University for Women.
None of these institutions seems to have a flag of its own; however, the
Bahreini flag icons which turn up on Google searches using the name of the
institution and 'flag/s' reveals a bewildering array of allegedly Bahraini
flags. No two of them seem to have the same number of white/red indentations,
and some don't even bother to show any indentations at all, leaving flag icons
which look like the Portuguese flag (i e, same color proportions) except that
the colors are white and red with no device in the center.
