This book includes flag poetry, a reprint of the standard instructions for displaying the US flag, history, and large amounts of subjective discussion typical of the patriotic attitude of that day. Col. Moss was clearly the reigning expert on the subject of his day, it would seem. He collected material from many sources, crediting authors for poems, etc., even a statement by U.S. President Calvin Coolidge (who was president 1925-29).

I would hazard a guess that the 64-page Chicago book was probably (a part of [msj30]) reprinted by a cooperating Chicago patriotic organization or possibly a modest individual patriot who felt the patriotic need to spread the information.
