Using a rising diagonal design, navy blue-white-navy blue, with narrow yellow, red and green stripes on the broad white stripe, all separated by white, with the municipal arms in a white disk in the centre, a single star in the upper hoist, and a cluster of stars in the lower fly, on the navy blue fields.
