Description of the flag

New flag of the Ministry of Justice, Belarus [2012].

The decree states the flag is 75x150 and the emblem has a height of 30 cm on the flag. The emblem is centered, in full color, on a dark blue background. The decree is at http://president.gov.by/press134109.html#doc (with documents in Russian). The official name of the decree in English is "Decree No. 238 of 24 May 2012: On Instituting Official Heraldic Symbols of the Justice Ministry".
