The flag of the Village of Bertrand, New Brunswick, is white with village coat of arms on it. Here is description of the arms in French:

1Translation to English:
The arms of the village describe well this beautiful municipality. Blue in the upper part represents Bay Caraquet and the numerous watercourses found in the municipality. The green fir represents the hinterland of the village. The church symbolizes the religious roots of the population of Bertrand, as well as the evolution of the village from a religious mission, erected a parish and eventually incorporated as a village. White represents the winter landscape of Bertrand with all its wintersports options. The golden star represents the Acadian origin of the population of Bertrand. Finally, the green colour used for the writing "VILLAGE DE BERTRAND" and for the year of incorporation, "1968", represents the hope in the future shared by the inhabitants of Bertrand.
To complete the official description, the shield is flanked on dexter
by the flag of Canada. The flag flanking the shield on sinister could
logically be the flag of New Brunswick; if so, the lion is watching
the wrong way (sinister instead of dexter).
