Description of the flag

Located in Westmorland county.

I took this photo in April 2005, though I first saw this flag in August 2004. The arms are placed on a white disk on a 1:2 blue field. Here is some information about the arms from the city website:

Moncton's official coat of arms commemorates our early beginning as an agricultural centre, with the beehive and wheat sheaves in the upper quadrants. Our railway heritage is symbolized by the steam locomotive at the lower left, while our world-famous Tidal Bore is depicted at lower right. The blacksmith and farmer represent the value placed on labour in our community. The Latin motto Resurgo means "I rise again", a testament to Moncton's rebirth after the collapse of the shipbuilding industry.
