The flag of the County of Haliburton, Ontario, is horizontally divided
white over blue. The white field is bordered blue, so the white narrow
stripe goes from the hoist to the flay. All flag is bordered white. The
center of the flag has a circle with county coat of arms in it and part of
the county name "County of / HALIBURTON" which is in white. Photo of the
