Description of the flag

I was informed by the municipal administration that the municipality has no flag. However, it can be seen at http://archive.gg.ca/heraldry/pub-reg/project.asp?lang=e&ProjectID=1212.

A grant of a flag by the CHA doesn't always mean the use of that flag. Without confirmation, we can't assume that a heraldic flag is actually used. Some places never make up a perfectly good flag which is designed for them (and some employees don't notice the flag they walk past every morning).
