Gules a Pale wavy Argent and in dexter a Heart Or.

According to the tradition and the popular opinion, the etymology of the name of Corzoneso should derive from "cuore della zona" (the heart of the area), precisely because the village is located in the centre of the valley. The flag, according to this tradition, bears a heart.
