The inhabitants of these two islands in the Cook Islands speak Rakahanga-Manihiki language. Supposedly, beautifully unspoiled islands.

Rakahanga has the population of 127 on 4 sq.km of land (source: Wikipedia). Manihiki is inhabited by 468 people (2008) also on 4 sq.km of land (Wikipedia).
