CYQ is a member of the Central Zone Association (Asociación ZonalCentro). Quintero is a port city located in the the Vth Region(Valparaiso, ex-Acongua), north of the regional capital city Valparaiso. The burgee of CYQ might be horizontally divided blue over red with a white star in the middle. My source shows a rectangular flag with afaceted greyish star. This would be another declension of the national flag. (Source: CYQ website)
