I am presenting below updates on the parties - several of them have
disappeared. I would suggest to present first the parties still active
or with historical significance.
Updated information on the parties and their current status is
available at the Electoral Supreme Court website.
Most flags presented on this page are based on information retrieved
from the Electoral Supreme Court website. However, the website shows
the emblems and not the flags. A warning notice should be added at the
top of the page, stating that, unless explicitly stated, the flags are
unconfirmed.

probably, no lettering at all.

The emblem appears to represent the Temple of Music, located in
Morazon Park, San José. The monument was designed in 1920 by the noted
architect José Francisco Salazar (1892-1978). It is, undoubtedly, a
pastiche of the Neoclassical Temple of Love, designed in 1778 by
Richard Mique (1728-1794), the architect of Queen Marie-Antoinette, on
a small man-made island located in the garden of Petit Trianon at
Versailles.

The amendment of Article 2 might have removed the lettering "PASJ"
from the emblem. The flag in use, however, appears to be regular blue,
with the lettering beneath the Temple of Music.
