Flag of the President of the Council of State: it is square,
color turquoise blue; in the centre; the shield of the royal palm
in color, drawn in an imaginary circumference which diameter =
the half of the width of the flag This flag is not shown,
probably it is the traditional presidential flag described in
many books but only the shield on turquoise blue, no stars.

Flag of the Commander in Chief : rectangular, white , its
length = 1 and half of its width; in the interior one red fringe,
the fringe which is at a distance of the edge of the flag = 1/12
of the width. The width of the fringe = half of that distance; in
the centre, the badge of the Commander in Chief (not described
but it must be red, and black with the white star)

Flag of the Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces :
rectangular and red, its legnth is 1 and half its width ; in the
interior a fringe, white, at a distance of the edge of the flag =
1/12 of its width. The width of the fringe = half of that
distance; in the centre of the flag; a yellow badge, its size =
half of the width of the flag; in the badge a star of the same
color fimbriated black and with 5 points.

Flag of the First Vice Minister - Same description and
construction as the Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces
but blue turquoise flag with 2 fringes, red outside, white
inside; a badge white with a white star.

Flag of the Chief of Army - Rectangular, rouge, length = 1,5
the width, in the superior part, a white field with in its centre
a red star 5 pointed inscribed in an imaginary
circumference which radius = 1/8 of the width of the
flag. The width of the white canton = 5/12 of the width of the
flag and its length = 1/3 of the length of the flag.

Flag of the Chief of the Revolutionary Navy - Same description
and construction as the flag of the Chief of Army, but in the
white canton, a red anchor instead of the star. The size of the
anchor = 5/12 of the width, the length of the anchor = 1/3 of the
width of the flag.

Similar flag and construction as Chief of the Revolutionary Navy,
but the field is blue turquoise instead of red, the anchor is red
and star is white

Flag of the Chief of a navy Base (Chief of Naval Academy) -
Rectangular flag, the length is 1,5 the width ; the flag is white
with a red fringe in the lower part, its width is 1/4 of the width
of the flag. A red anchor in the centre of the white
part, which length = 5/8 of the width of the flag ; in
the upper right part there is a red five pointed star. The star
is drawn in the bisecting line of the angle, inscribed
in an imaginary circumference which radius = 1/8 of the width of
the flag and its centre to a distance of the angle = to the
diameter of the circumference.
