Dubňany has 6 409 inhabitants. It is a town 8 km north of Hodonín. It
got its name from oak forests - the forest Doubrava,
which surrounds the town. The first written reference is from 1349.
The development and character of the town was influenced by several coal
mines supplying the power station in Hodonín.

On this website
is a flag with green acorns with brown bases, making them look more natural,
it seems.

According to Petr Exner's Lexicon, the acorns and the branch itself
should be brown. Anybody can hand-make anything.

So, let us say that this is a local unofficial version of the flag.
Very common in many places.
