Kamenný Přívoz village is located in the centre of Czech Republic, 25
km southeast of Prague, capital of the Czech Republic. The village has
four separate parts: Kamenný Přívoz itself, Újezdec, Hostěradice and Žampach.
Today, the village has 1120 inhabitants. In addition, on the area of the
village there are about 1100 cottages, most of them are used by people
from Prague for recreation purposes because of that Kamenný Přívoz belongs
to villages with the highest density of recreation cottages in the Czech
Republic.
Since 1991 the village has its own emblem and a flag.
Today, Kamenný Přívoz is a picturesque village, which is gradually
growing. Relatively large area is appointed for a construction of new houses.
In area development plan there is also space for building of production
facilities.
