Slatina municipality flag

Here is the flag of the municipality of Slatina in Pardubice region (Ústi nad Orlicí okres) in the Czech Republic. It was approved 8 June 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.

Description: 5 horizontal stripes white - red - blue - white and black; the red stripe is separated by a saw-line from the white one; the lower blue and white stripes are waves; On the top white stripe is a black eagle holding in its left claw a white sword with yellow haft; in its right claw it has a yellow key.

Flag and Coat of Arms are depicted on a wikipedia-page.
In the Coat of Arms the sawed-off red stripe is replaced by a red gate. In the village is a church devoted to St. Peter and St. Paul - hence the key and sword.
