In the Czech Republic the verbal description of the flag (and coat of arms too)
is obligatory. So it is necessary to adhere to it, not to the picture.
The official verbal description of the Pozlovice flag:
Tři svislé pruhy - bílý, modrý, bílý. V modrém pruhu žlutá koruna
nad žlutým kalichem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
Three vertical stripes - white, blue, white. In the blue stripe is
yellow crown over the yellow chalice. The ratio of broad to length is 2:3.
The detail design is depending of the author - of course it must be
in accordance with a verbal description.
