It is a red - yellow vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Denzlingen Municipal Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale into gold (= yellow) and blue. The dexter side is divided by a red bend. The sinister side displays a silver (= white) plough share.
Meaning:
The arms are based upon seals. Prints exist since 1485. The dexter side displays the arms of Baden. The plough share is known as a local symbol since the 18th century. In the 19th century the seal was replaced, the shield then had been divided per fess. In 1900 the former version was restored. Since 1305 Denzlingen belonged to the Margraviate of Hachberg, that had been sold to the Margraves of Baden in 1415.

The banner and was approved on 2 May 1984 by the county administration, published in GABl 402/1985. The current coat of arms was re-adopted in 1900.
