Description of banner:
It is a green - white vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Description of coat of arms:
In a silver (= white) shield three green linden trees are standing upon a base of the same colour. The central tree is higher.
Meaning:
The existence of the current pattern can be proven on local seals since 1694. The trees are standing on top of Geigersbühl, a hill, and appear within a poem of Eduard Mörike. The colour of the arms were fixed in 1951.

The banner was approved on 17 January 1968 by minister of interior of Baden-Württemberg, published in GABl 399/1968. The coat of arms was approved on 18 February 1952 by the government of Baden-Württemberg.
