The flag's ratio is 3:5. t is a red - white - red vertical triband with ratio 1:2:1. The coat of arms is in the middle of the central stripe.

Description of coat of arms:
The red shield is divided by a silver (= white) saltire. In each quarter is a golden (=yellow) branch of oak having two leaves and one acorn. The branches are symbolizing forestal riches, the saltire an important cross roads on road and rail.
