In a light blue shield is a golden (= yellow) sheaf of grain.
Meaning:
Kornwestheim became a market town in 1701 and a city in 1931. The main business line was the trading of grain. Important is also the production of shoes. The arms are canting, showing a sheaf of grain. "Grain" is "Korn" in German.
