Description of banner:
It is a yellow - blue vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale into blue and silver (= white). The dexter side displays a paly golden (= yellow) fish. The sinister side displays a red eagle's wing.
Meaning:
The fish is symbolizing the rivers Neckar and Rems and is taken from the arms of the former municipalities of Neckargröningen and Neckarrems. The wing is taken from the arms of the former municipalities of Hochberg und Hochdorf. It was originaklly taken from the arms of the Notthafft kin from Hohenberg. Remseck gained city rights in 2004.

Banner and coat of arms were approved on 21 June 1977 by the county administration, published in GABl 292/1978. The deed became valid on 1 July 1977.
