Here is the flag of de city of Wriezen in Märkisch-Oderland county. Wriezen
is the biggest competitor of Seelow for the
touristic title of "Capital of the Oderbruch" (unflooded). The fields along
the Oder river with "Adonisröschen" are well worth a visit.
Flag and arms adopted 20 Nov 2003.
Coat of arms: quartered: 1 and 4 or, 2 and 3 azure with inescutcheon
charged with an eagle gules; in chief dexter a black key couchant, sinister
a fish argent; in base dexter a feather argent, sinister a nut-key noir.
Flag: quartered of yellow and blue.

Wriezen is a small town in Märkisch-Oderland County in the northeast
of Brandenburg. The flag is quartered of yellow and blue (derived from
the field colours of the arms). The flag is used unofficially. In fact,
the Brandenburg law on civic flags demands that only striped flags (in
varying proportions, with or without arms) be used. Source: Günther
