The arms was adopted on 13 October 1983 and show (blazon): Per fess Argent on a cross Gules an arrow point upwards Argent and Vert on a saltire Argent a rose Or seeded Gules. The flag was probably adopted at the same time; it has the colours white-green-yellow and must bear the arms.
