The flag for Havelland County, the State of Brandenburg (Germany), has three horizontal stripes of blue and white with the county arms in the center. The flag and arms were approved by the county council on 15 Dec 2003.

The Havelland County arms are described as "per wavy fess azure and argent; in chief two swans argent beaked or, in base an eagle's head gules armed or with a 6-pointed mullet azure."
