Description of current flag:
The ratio is 3:5. The flag is bendily divided into yellow - blue - yellow. In other words: The sheet is yellow superimposed by rectangular triangles in the lower hoist and upper fly corner. Their height is ½ of total height. In the centre of the yellow stripe is the coat of arms.

Coat of arms

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is blue superimposed by a silver (=white) wavy pale on the dexter side. On the sinister side is a golden (=yellow), rampant bear armed silver(=white) with a collar and a lasso also silver (=white).
