Flecken Horneburg (Samtgemeinde Horneburg, Stade county; Lower Saxony)
Description of  flag: The ratio is estimated 3:5. It is a red over yellow horizontal bicolour with the coat of arms in its centre.
Description of coat of arms: In a golden field is a red castle masoned black, having a golden door and a pinnacled tower flanked by two turrets. The base is black containing a golden horn.
