Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per fess. Above in a silver (= white) field is a red, double-queued demi lion issuant. The field below is divided thrice per fess into blue and silver (= white).
Meaning:
Until 1806 one half of Immendingen belonged to the Roth family of Schreckenstein, while the other half belonged tot he Barons of Reischach. Seals exist since the 19th century displaying sheaves and tools. In 1900 the State Archive suggested to adopt the arms of the Lords of Immendingen, which happened in 1901.
