It is a white - green - white vertical tricolour. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per fess. The upper half is divided per pale into green and silver (= white). Above right is a silver cross patty, above left a black dog's head issuant, tongued red. Below in a silver (= white) field ia a green triple mount, superimposed by a silver (= white) fess wavy.
Meaning:
The triple mount is representing the three settlement cores of Dorfen, Icking proper and Irschenhausen. The fess wavy is representing the river Isar. The cross is representing the parish church of Icking and is an attribute of St. Ulrich and a church dedicated to him, which had been on a hill between Icking and Irschenhausen until the 19th century. The dog's head is taken from the arms of the former municipality of Dorfen. He is representing the so called "Gasterpudel", a mythical dog, which frightened the travelers in a dark hollow way.
