Description of banner:
It is a blue - yellow vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is placed into a white bannerhead.

Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale. The dexter side shows in a golden (= yellow) field a green parrot sitting on the side wing of a half red fleur de lis. The sinister side shows three blue bars in a silver (=white) field.
Meaning:
According to source parrot and lily are symbolizing the lords of Elmpt, the bars the lords of Brempt.
