Description of coat of arms:
The blue shield is mantled upon central base point golden(=yellow). A silver (=white) odeon is flanked by two upright golden (=yellow) ears of grain. On the base are two dark blue crowns ordered 1:2.
Meaning:
The grain is symbolizing agriculture. The odeon had been built upon a fountain and is reminding at the local spa. The crowns had been the trade mark of Kreidewerk Rügen/, a producer of Paris white, which is used for tooth paste and in spas.
