unknown flag

The flag in question looks like a rowing club flag, probably of Würzburg, but I can't trace the source. Can anybody give reconfirmation?
The flag is red, divided by a white centred cross. Upper hoist quarter is whitemasoned red, superimposed by a blue lozenge with red inscriptions "WRVB". The whole is superimposed by a blue saltire with a white disc in the centre containing a blue 6-point star. All elemnets match "WRVB", but I believe they have a logo flag showing Würzburg castle.
