Carl F.A. Flügge was partner of Flügge, Johannsen and Lubinus when he
established his own little company in 1900. The company's last ship got
lost in 1910.

It's blue with a white border around 3 sides, leaving behind only the hoist side, and a white "F" in the center, apparently of the blue part and not of the whole flag, one of the images after my mysteryplate, identified by Jan Mertens as Flügge.

Jörg Karaschewski's source gives 'Carl F.A. Flügge'. On the minus side, this company is unknown to me.
