Acción Callejera - Fundación Educativa, Inc. (Street Action - Educational Foundation, Inc.) is a non-profit social action group in the Dominican Republic. According to the group's English-version website, Acción Callejera's "mission is to empower children and adolescents who live in vulnerable and high risk situations while advocating their Human Rights." The group's goal "is to be a reliable and trustworthy institution where children and adolescents who face social difficulties are always welcome. We aim to fully understand their situation and reality, and subsequently find and implement appropriate programs to provide integral relief to their psychological and social circumstances."

The Acción Callejera flag can be seen in photographs online here and here. The design features the organization's logo in dark blue centered on a white field. The circular seal incorporates a stick figure person in dark blue on a dark blue and white striped background, all enclosed within a dark blue ring sporting the words "ACCIÓN CALLEJERA" across the top and "FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA INC." across the bottom, all in white capital letters.

The Asociación de Cronistas de Arte (Acroarte, Association of Art Critics) is a non-profit organization in the Dominican Republic, founded in February 1984, bringing together journalists specializing in art and performance. Headquartered in the capital of Santo Domingo, the organization also gives out the Sovereign Awards each year.

The Acroarte flag can be seen in photographs online on the organization's website, such as in the background here. The flag consists of the organization's logo centered on a white field. The logo features a black arch combined with orange, green, and blue sweeping arcs ending in stars, all coming together to make a stylized lowercase "a." The "a" sits atop a blue horizontal light above the name "acroarte" in black, lowercase curving letters.

Dominican Association of Free Zones
Asociación Dominicana de Zonas Francas (ADOZONA)

The Asociación Dominicana de Zonas Francas (ADOZONA, Dominican Association of Free Zones) is, I believe, a group that represents the entities that participate in the Dominican Republic's "free zones," and may have some connection to the Dominican government, though I'm not sure exactly what that connection may be.

The flag of ADOZONA features the group's logo centered on a white field. The logo shows a black square with a white square inside it. From the lower left corner of the black square, a broad red line extends into the center of the white square. Below the squares, in red block letters, is the organization's acronym, "ADOZONA."

ADOZONA is not a government organization, but rather a private organization whose purpose is to gather all Free Zones in the country into one entity, to represent their interests as a guild (hence the name Asociación Dominicana de Zonas Francas).

It was established on 8 August 1988 as Asociación Dominicana de Zonas Francas, Inc., recognized through Decree No. 579-88 of 18 December 1988.

The Asociación de Industriales de la Región Norte, Inc. (Industrial Association of the Northern Region, Inc., AIREN) is headquartered in the city of Santiago, has no working website, and seems to be somehow associated with the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Hopefully someone out there has more information about this organization, its purpose, and how it fits into the overall concept of the Dominican Republic.

The flag, however, can be seen in a couple photographs online, specifically here and here. The flag features the organization's logo centered on a white field. Below the logo is the organization's name in blue capital letters in two rows:
ASOCIACION DE INDUSTRIALES
DE LA REGION NORTE, INC.
The white field is enclosed within a thin blue border.

AIREN is not a government agency but rather and association of industrialists, as its name states. It is a private organization of entrepreneurs to promote trade and industrialization through good business practices among small companies (or micro-enterprises).

Its official website, though currently not working, is accessible through here.
