I have draw this flag and have taken the cloth to an uniform
ratio of 1:2. Canton established 19 May 1986.

The image at the site is ~2:3, so it is possible that the flag
uses this ratio.

"The flag of the canton is made of three vertical stripes,
green on the borders and yellow in the middle. Green symbolizes
the hope of better days for the cantons and the fertility of the
soil rich in fruits. Yellow represents wealth, knowledge as well
as the potential of this productive land and the noble spirit of
its sons."
