We have report on 2:1:1 blue-green-yellow. However, <www.mipasaje.com> report a different flag of 1:1:2 red-blue-green with hoist triangle of yellow.
There is also a different Coat of Arms and no description, so there is no way to determine which is the correct flag until further confirmation.
