The Flag

The flag and arms of Ventanas were adopted on 17 December 2011. The flag, in dimensions 1 m x 1.50 m, is green with a white canton,  covering one fourth of the flag's area, charged with five green stars placed 2 and 3. The two upper stars represent the urban parishes: Ventanas and 10 de Noviembre. The three lower stars represent the rural parishes: Chacarita, Los Ángeles and Zapotal.
The flag kept the same design as the previous one. The star representing Quinsaloma, separated from Ventanas to form a new canton, was removed, while the three stars representing the rural parishes were added.
