Overview

According to the French Navy Album, issue 2000 [pay00] - Commander-in-Chief Armed Forces (7:11) - Swallow tailed flag vertically divided in blue and white with the lesser coat of arms over the edge of the two fields and with two yellow borders along upper and lower edge one each. Even is text expressly state ratio 7:11 the images (of this flag and other of this shape) are clearly longer, about 7:12. I considered text correct, but that made it difficult to be sure about the position of vertical line dividing blue and white fields, so it is rather impressionistic. The coat of arms used here is taken from <www.rk.ee> and resized as appropriate.

Flaggenbuch mentions 14:14:16 for blue stripe: white stripe:fork in the horizontal dimension, and 3:3:(16):3:3 for yellow border:():shield:():yellow border in the vertical dimension.
