Keila is a rural municipality (vald) in Harjumaa County (Maakond).

Keila vald Colors: blue - connection with the sea. Silver line - gray limestone surface, The special form of cross is an old Estonian and Scandinavian symbol. The cross refers also to the Christian church. Golden center symbolizes wealth and mentality.
