I am not only author of image, but also the designer of flag of Rannu parish. I am the former foreman of parish council, today land manager.
Meaning of colors:
white - color of hope, green - color of nature (pinewoods), yellow - fields of cereal crops (Rannu parish is a good area for agriculture) and blue - lake Võrtsjärv (at west of Rannu parish).

There is also second meaning - The four seasons:
white - winter, blue - spring (snow in March, springwater), green - summer and yellow - autumn.
This flag was designed and manufactured in summer 1994 and it is an official symbol of Rannu parish (community). Adopted: 21 June 1994. Ratio: 2:3.
