El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Daya Nueva, en sesión celebrada el día 7 de marzo de 2007, adoptó el acuerdo que a continuación se transcribe: Primero. Aprobación del proyecto de bandera municipal de Daya Nueva, que tendrá unas proporciones 2:3, y será de color amarillo, con tres peras verdes bien ordenadas, surmontadas por un losange de oro cargado de cuatro palos de gules.
"The House of the Municipality of Daya Nueva, at a meeting held on March 7, 2007, adopted the agreement that are transcribed: First. Adoption of the draft municipal flag of Daya Nueva, which will have 2:3 proportions, and is yellow-green pears or three stops, overcome by a gold lozenge charged four sticks gules."
My reconstruction of the design of the flag is according to the image of the municipal coat of arms.
