The flag of the town of Albacete is shown and described in the Spanish Wikipedia:
The flag of Albacete is crimson with the shield of Albacete in the middle, as proposed by the Council of Public Administration on 9 March 1992 and approved by the municipal administration on 30 April 1992. The shield is "Argent three towers or port and windows sable placed one and two surmounted by a bat sable." The shield is surmounted bya Marquisate crown.
Crimson represents the Holy Spirit and is the traditional colour of Castilie. The three castles represent the three fortresses once protecting the settlement. The bat is Valencian, dating back to the reconquest by King Jaime I. The crow recalls that the town belonged to the Marquisate of Villena.
Dimensions [of the flag]: 90:155 cm. The dimensions of the shield are 40 cm in height, excluding the crown, and 56 cm including it, and 30 cm in width."
