Description (Spanish): Bandera de proporciones 2:3. Enclavada en bajo. En la parte superior, de rojo un Agnus Dei blanco, con nimbus crucifero de oro, cruz de gules y bandera blanca. En la parte inferior, un muro amarillo, mazonada y aclarado de sable.

Translation:
"The ratio is 2:3. Issuant from the base: in the upper part, upon red the white Holy Lamb of God, with a golden crossed halo, red cross and white banner [i.e. a St. George's cross]. In the lower part, a yellow wall, masoned and windowed black."
(The golden hooves should be mentioned. I don't know whether the lamb is "armed golden;" the horns apear to be white?)

The "embattling" refers to the crenellations not being placed in the middle – rather, from the dividing line, crenellations of the upper field colour protrude into the lower field. So, it's not the wall that is embattled, but the division.
