Description

Horizontally striped red over yellow, the third of the length nearest the hoist white over blue horizontally divided by a wavy line with two wave crests. On the canton a black castle as high as 1/3 of the flag's height. Ratio 2:3.

Colours from the coat-of-arms. The hoist stripe represents the castle of Begur standing on the sea, the fly the royal arms of Aragon, remembering the former royal jurisdiction.
