Introduction

Banyalbufar is a village in the southwest of the island's western shore.

Description

The flag's ratio is uncertain, approx. 2:1. The flag is based on the Catalan coat of arms which has four red vertical stripes in a golden yellow field. In the centre of flag is the local coat of arms, a repetition of the Catalan coat of arms but with a dark blue mantling shaped like a bat's head at the top. The mantling is symmetrically ringed by seven yellow 5-pointed stars.

The flag of Banyalbufar was so tattered that it wasn't possible to determine its ratio. Furthermore, I guess that some municipal flags are unofficial, using just a Senyera with the local coat of arms in the centre of flag.
