Symbols of Villoruela

The flag of Villoruela is prescribed by a Decree adopted on 27 May 1999 by the Municipal Council, signed on 16 June 1999 by the Mayor, and published on 25 June 1999 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 121, p. 6,840 (text).
The flag is described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular, vertically divided, with a stripe argent of double width, in the middle the municipal coat of arms surrounded by two stripes gules located on the borders of the flag.
